Ordinances
Township ordinances are voted on by the Township Committee. Once they have been approved, they automatically become part of our Franklin Township Code via a service called eCode.
In addition, the Municipal Clerk, in accordance with the law, maintains hard copies of the Code in the Town Hall office which may be inspected by the public at all times during regular office hours.
