PUBLIC NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN COUNTY OF GLOUCESTER STATE OF NEW JERSEY PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Franklin Township Zoning Board will hold a hearing on October 7, 2025, beginning at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Courtroom of the Franklin Township Municipal Building, 1571 Delsea Drive, Franklinville, New Jersey to consider a Use Variance and Minor Subdivision application for Neal Falciani involving property located at the intersection of Morris Avenue and Harding Highway and designated as Tax Block 5065, Lots 8 and 9 on the official tax map of Franklin Township. The properties are zoned Highway Commercial. The applicant requests the following variances: a) to permit residential uses on both lots, which is not expressly a permitted use in the highway commercial zone, and b) for lot areas of 0.67 acres and 0.97 acres, respectively, where 1.5 acres each is required, and c) for a 130 foot lot frontage on lot 8 where 150 feet is required, plus any other variance or waiver the Board may deem necessary to give full effect to the application. Copies of the application and all documents, maps or other papers filed in connection with this application are on file in the Planning and Zoning Office in the Township Municipal Building and are available for inspection during the Township's regular business hours.
