PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF DECISION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Township of Franklin Zoning Board of Adjustment at a public hearing held on October 7, 2025, granted, subject to conditions, Jeremy J. and Alyssa P. Leitmeyer, a use variance to permit a second mother-in-law apartment attached to a single-family dwelling, as well as variances for lot size, lot density, lot frontage and front yard set-back on property shown as Lot 5 in Block 3002 on the Township of Franklin, Gloucester County Tax Map and located at 931 Reed Avenue. The approving resolution (written Resolution ZB25-10) was memorialized on November 5, 2025.
