PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Township of Franklin Zoning Board of Adjustment at a public hearing held on August 5, 2025, granted, subject to conditions, Gregory Avis a variance to construct a single-family dwelling on a lot with 25 feet of frontage where 150 feet is required and an area of 1.35 acres where 1.5 acres is required on property shown as Lot 2.01 in Block 3102 on the Township of Franklin, County of Gloucester Tax Map and located at 139 & 141 Taylor Road. The approving resolution (written Resolution ZB25-09) was memorialized on September 2, 2025. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Township of Franklin Zoning Board of Adjustment at a public hearing held on August 5, 2025, granted, subject to conditions, JC Company, LLC a use variance and major site plan approval to allow three principal uses on one parcel of property, including a residential use, agricultural use and retail sale of pools on property shown as Lot 30 in Block 7101 on the Township of Franklin, County of Gloucester Tax Map and located at 870 Harding Highway.
