PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF DECISION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Township of Franklin Planning Board at a public hearing held on November 18, 2025, granted, Anne Dinshah, Executor of the Ursula Dinshah Estate, an extension of time to file subdivision deeds and is further subject to all conditions as had previously been set forth in approval of minor subdivision granted on April 15, 2025 (written Resolution PB24-11) shown as Lots 18 and 20 in Block 5401 on the Township of Franklin, Gloucester County Tax Map and located at 113 Dinshah Drive. The approving resolution (written Resolution PB24-11-1) was memorialized on November 18, 2025.
