FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT NOTICE OF DECISION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at the conclusion of a hearing conducted before it on June 3, 2025, the Franklin Township Zoning Board of Adjustment granted the undersigned applicants conditional use variance approval pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70d(3) to allow a home occupation as an accessory use to the existing principal single family use on property shown as Lot 1.05 in Block 5504 on the Township of Franklin, County of Gloucester Tax Map and located at 220 Harris Avenue. The home occupation that was approved is for a drywall business known as Don Merc Drywall Services LLC and will consist of up to six (6) nonresident employees, with up to six (6) motor vehicles, meeting each weekday morning in a portion of the detached garage on the subject property for approximately one hour to discuss the upcoming day's business activities.
