PUBLIC NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN COUNTY OF GLOUCESTER STATE OF NEW JERSEY PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Franklin Township Zoning Board will hold a hearing on October 7, 2025, beginning at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Courtroom of the Franklin Township Municipal Building, 1571 Delsea Drive, Franklinville, New Jersey to consider a development application for Anthony Dillard, Sr. on property located at 156 Stephanie Drive and designated as Tax Block 901, Lot 2.13 on the official tax map of Franklin Township. The property is zoned R-A Residential Agricultural. The applicant requests the following relief: a) to permit a pool house and deck as a customarily incidental use on a residential lot, or alternately, a use variance for same, and b) for a rear yard setback of 33 feet and a side yard setback of 4.9 feet where the municipal ordinance fails to specify setbacks for accessory structures and the primary structure setbacks are 50 feet and 20 feet, respectively, and c) for the pre-existing conditions of a lot area of 0.92 acres where 1.5 acres is now required, and a street frontage of 136 feet where 150 feet is now required, plus any other variance or waiver the Board may deem necessary to give full effect to the application. Copies of the application and all documents, maps or other papers filed in connection with this application are on file in the Planning and Zoning Office in the Township Municipal Building and are available for inspection during the Township's regular business hours. Interested parties may appear in person or by agent or attorney at the hearing on this matter and participate therein in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the Zoning Board. Tara L.
