PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE TO BE PUBLISHED IN OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 7th day of October 2025, at 7:00 PM, a hearing will be held before the Township of Franklin, County of Gloucester, State of New Jersey Planning Board or Zoning Board of Adjustment at the Township of Franklin Municipal Court Room 1571 Delsea Drive Franklinville, NJ 08322 on the appeal or application of the undersigned for a use variance or other relief so as to permit a previously installed mother-in-law apartment. Applicant seeks such other variances and waivers that the Board professionals may identify as necessary to achieve this requested approval. There is a single family residence with an approved 1 bedroom mother-in-law apartment and a non-approved second 1 bedroom mother-in-law apartment. No changes are proposed. The future use is proposed to be restricted to solely family use by deed restriction on the premises located at 931 Reed Avenue and designated as Block 3002 Lot 5 on the Township of Franklin Tax Map. All maps and papers are on file in the office of the Municipal Clerk and are available for inspection during regular business hours.
