PUBLIC NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN COUNTY OF GLOUCESTER STATE OF NEW JERSEY PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Franklin Township Planning Board will hold a hearing on January 20, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Courtroom of the Franklin Township Municipal Building, 1571 Delsea Drive, Franklinville, New Jersey to consider a Minor Subdivision with variances application for James Castelli involving property located on the easterly side of Delsea Drive opposite Malaga Terrace and designated as Tax Block 5101, Lot 3 on the official tax map of Franklin Township. The property is located in the Malaga Village zoning district. The applicant requests the following variances: a) for a minimum lot area of 1.706 acres for an existing duplex dwelling where 2 acres is required, and b) for a street frontage on the proposed agricultural lot of 50.02 feet where 150 feet is assumed to be required, and c) for a front yard setback of the existing dwelling of 7.5 feet where 25 feet is the minimum allowed, plus any other variance or waiver the Board may deem necessary to give full effect to the application. Copies of the application and all documents, maps or other papers filed in connection with this application are on file in the Planning and Zoning Office in the Township Municipal Building and are available for inspection during the Township's regular business hours. Interested parties may appear in person or by agent or attorney at the hearing on this matter and participate therein in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the Planning Board. Tara L.
