PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF DECISION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Township of Franklin Zoning Board of Adjustment at a public hearing held on November 5, 2025, granted, James Tenerelli Jr and Amber VanDongen-Tenerelli, a variance to permit construction of a 28 x 40 foot pole barn which will exceed the height permitted by ordinance and a 13 x 22 foot one-story addition to a single family home on a lot with less than the lot area and street frontage required by ordinance, resulting in the need for several variances, shown as Lot 19 in Block 4511 on the Township of Franklin, Gloucester County Tax Map and located at 117 Bentwood Drive. The approving resolution (written Resolution ZB25-18) was memorialized on December 2, 2025.
