PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF DECISION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Township of Franklin Zoning Board of Adjustment at a public hearing held on November 5, 2025, granted, Avis Builders LLC, for a variance to construct a single-family dwelling on a lot with 102.62 feet of frontage where 150 feet is required, shown as Lot 19 in Block 2503 on the Township of Franklin, Gloucester County Tax Map and located at 919 Little Mill Road. The approving resolution (written Resolution ZB25-17) was memorialized on December 2, 2025
