PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF DECISION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Township of Franklin Zoning Board of Adjustment at a public hearing held on October 7, 2025, granted, subject to conditions, Anthony M. Dillard, Sr., variances to permit a 16 x 56-foot pool house and a 30 x 12-foot deck, as well as variances for less than the lot area required by Ordinance and rear yard and side yard set-backs on property shown as Lot 2.13 in Block 901 on the Township of Franklin, Gloucester County Tax Map and located at 156 Stephanie Drive. The approving resolution (written Resolution ZB25-03) was memorialized on November 5, 2025.
