NOTICE O-16-2025 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 253 OF THE CODE OF FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP TO REVISE STANDARDS FOR SPECIFIED ACCESSORY USES CONSISTENT WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS CONTAINED WITHIN THE 2024 MASTER PLAN REEXAMINATION REPORT The above ordinance revises the standards for specified accessory uses (fence height). The ordinance was introduced and passed on first reading at the meeting of the Township Committee of the Township of Franklin in the County of Gloucester held on October 14, 2025 and will be considered for final passage at a meeting to be held by the Township Committee at 7:00 PM on December 9, 2025 at 7:00 PM at which time and place any person interested will be given an opportunity to be heard.
