PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF DECISION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Township of Franklin Zoning Board of Adjustment at a public hearing held on September 2, 2025, granted, subject to conditions, Michael and Mary Coviello, a variance to permit construction of a single-family dwelling on a lot with less than the frontage required and to allow the structure to exceed the height permitted by ordinance on property shown as Lot 8.01 in Block 6902 on the Township of Franklin, Gloucester County Tax Map and located at 882 Strawberry Avenue. The approving resolution (written Resolution ZB25-15) was memorialized on October 7, 2025.
