PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF DECISION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Township of Franklin Planning Board at a public hearing held on August 19, 2025, granted, subject to conditions, Anaisa Investments, Inc. to permit a minor subdivision for the purpose of merging seven parcels into four parcels on property shown as Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 32 and 33 in Block 3908 on the Township of Franklin, Gloucester County Tax Map and located at Delsea Drive and Paul Street. The approving resolution (written Resolution PB25-03) was memorialized on September 16, 2025.
