PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Township of Franklin Zoning Board of Adjustment at a public hearing held on August 5, 2025, denied ARCR Properties, LLC a variance to permit construction of a single-family dwelling on a lot of with 10 feet of frontage where 150 feet is required on property shown as Lot 55 in Block 5702 on the Township of Franklin, Gloucester County Tax Map and located at Main Road. The denying resolution (written Resolution ZB25-08) was memorialized on September 2, 2025.
