The public auction will be held at the Franklin Township Municipal Building, 1571 Delsea Drive, Franklinville, NJ 08322, at 10:00 AM, Monday, October 30, 2023.
The highest bidders shall be required to execute a Contract and provide a certified check or cash in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid on the day of the auction. The form of Contract can be obtained from the Township Clerk. The highest bids will be reviewed and accepted or rejected by the Township Committee at its public meeting to be held November 14, 2023 at 7:00 PM. The successful bidders shall be required to make full payment by December 15, 2023, before 12:00 PM.
