Advisory Board President Jean Thompson and her husband Harry manned the grill cooking all the burgers for the event, while Jen Metzger roasted the hot dogs.
Mayor Jake Bruno, Committee Member Tim Doyle, and Clerk Barb Freijomil handled the preparation and wrapping of all the hot dogs and hamburgers, along with serving all the attendees once all the food was prepared.
The advisory board coordinated all the yummy sides, condiments, drinks and desserts.
Live entertainment for the event was provided by Patricia McMichaels of Clayton.
