Mayor Jake Bruno represented the Township with Deputy Mayor Dave Deegan and Committeewoman Mary Petsch-Wilson. Mayor Bruno assisted the store manager in cutting the ribbon to officially open the newly renovated store.
Wawa Corporation also honored local resident Joe Bilinski for his dedication to the community for more than 40 years.

There was a “Wawa Shorty-Building” competition between the Franklin Township Police Department and representatives of the Franklinville Fire Department – the Police Department decisively won!

Even Santa was on-hand!
Mayor Bruno said: “I want to take a minute to thank the Wawa Corporation and CEO Chris Gheysen for the beautiful renovation and upgrade of this store to a Super Wawa in our Township. I also want to thank Wawa for their continued and unwavering support of various events within the township anytime they are contacted.
