The public auction will be held at the Franklin Township Municipal Building, 1571 Delsea Drive at 10:00AM on December 8, 2021.
The highest bidders shall be required to execute a Contract and provide a certified check or cash in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid. The form of Contract can be obtained from the Municipal Clerk.
The highest bids will be reviewed and accepted or rejected by the Township Committee at its public meeting to be held on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at 7:00 PM. Successful bidders shall be required to make full payment by December 17, 2021 before 4:00PM
