You will be able to vote in person, but it will be a paper "provisional" ballot.
Ballots will be mailed out in the next few days.
You should receive a ballot, a certificate attached to an envelope, and a mailing envelope to return your ballot.
The ballots MUST be filled out EXACTLY in order for them to be counted - for example, you cannot use check marks or "x" marks - the circles MUST be completely filled in with blue or black ink.
Fill in and sign the certificate - DO NOT REMOVE IT from the inner envelope.
Place the ballot into the certificate envelope. Then place that envelope into the prepaid mailing envelope. You do not need a stamp in order to mail the ballot.
