Participants line up between the Franklinville Fire Hall, Route 538 & Delsea Drive, and Veteran’s Way next to the Community Center at 8:45 a.m.
After a brief ceremony by the flag poles and memorial in front of the Community Center, the parade will begin promptly at 9:30 AM. It will proceed South on Delsea Drive to the V.F.W. A solemn service will be held at the V.F.W. Post and a representative will place a flower, provided by the V.F.W., when called upon.
