About the Country Garden Club
Founded in 1984, by Helyn Utley of Franklinville, the 60-member club meets monthly from September to June. The purpose of the club is to share, educate, and preserve gardening and nature.
Club Activities Include:
- Yearly scholarships for students majoring in Horticultural related studies
- Maintenance of the Franklin Township Library Children's Garden
- Providing children's programs at the Library
- Arranging flowers for May Day at Inspira Hospital Elmer
- Many other community service projects.
