The Planning Board is responsible for developing the Township Master Plan; reviewing subdivisions and site plans; establishing the Official Map; administering the Township’s Zoning Ordinance; and approving variances and building permits in conjunction with subdivision, site plan and conditional use applications. The Board consists of 9 members with two alternates. The Board meets once a month on the third Tuesday at 7:00 p.m.

The Zoning Board is responsible for hearing appeals of decisions made by the Zoning Officer; hearing and deciding on interpretations of the Zoning Map or zoning articles of the Land Use Ordinance; granting variances of a strict application of the Land Use Ordinance; and granting variances for uses or structures in districts restricted against such structure or use. The Board consists of 7 members with two alternates. The Board meets once a month on the first Tuesday at 7:00 p.m.
